Galaxy s8 wont download apps

 · My issue started with the S7. I couldn't download apps while on mobile data. I was and still am able to download apps while on WiFi. Now that I've upgraded to the S8, I still have the same issue. Here is what I've done on the S8 which I also did on the S7 and did not fix .  · Today’s problem: Galaxy Galaxy S8 Plus won’t install updates. I have Samsung 8 plus, refurbished, unlocked, but branded Verizon. Now I have my Estimated Reading Time: 7 mins.  · Update: Tried a few more things last night, finally got it working. It appears the latest Galaxy Apps update does not work on my phone.
